Lynn has a particular interest in Family law, including proceedings under the Care of Children Act, Family Violence Act and Property (Relationships) Act.

Lynn is an approved lead provider of Family Legal Aid and of the Family Legal Advice Service.

Lynn has many years’ experience resolving family issues both in and out of Court.

    • Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act (PPPRA) matters

    • Marriage dissolutions.

    • Member of the family law section of the New Zealand Law Society and the Family Courts Association of New Zealand (Christchurch).
