Michelle’s niche is in assisting clients with their estate planning and trust administration as well as the preparation of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Michelle works with clients to establish and administer trusts, particularly in light of the Trusts Act 2019.

    • Reviewing Trust gifting structure in light of rest home subsidies

    • Assisting with asset planning matters including the preparation of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney in relation to Property and Personal Care and Welfare
